Exeter Philharmonic Choir

August 20, 2010 § Leave a comment

Exeter Philharmonic Choir has performed concerts in the City every year since its foundation in 1846. First known as the ‘Exeter Oratorio Society’, it has an unbroken history to the present day, making it one of the oldest musical organizations in the country. The Choir is joined in its performances by professional players and delights in welcoming up and coming soloists to its performances. Prospective new members are welcome and auditions are held throughout the year on a regular basis.
